New World Order

Revelation 13:1-8

This Chapter depicts the Antichrist and his one-world government. It also describes the Antichrist’s religious partner, the False Prophet. Later in the chapter, the economic system of the endtime is described. The entire 13th chapter of Revelation is dedicated to endtime events. We will first look at verses 1-8 which describe the soon coming new world order or government that will be established on this earth.

The four separate beasts (kingdoms) from Daniel chapter 7 now merge into one beast in Revelation chapter 13 (One world governmental system). Notice that the Eagles wings are not there anymore. This perhaps means that the United States will refuse to be a part of the one world governmental system or perhaps we have been wiped off the map... We don't know for sure.

Because the eagles wings are not there among these beasts, it is safe to say that America will not be a part of this one world governmental system. I believe this for 2 specific reasons, 1. The eagles wings are not present when these beasts (kingdoms) merge together. 2. Scripture tells us that there will be given two wings of a great eagle to protect Israel during the time of tribulation, when all nations rise against her, Israel will be hated by most nations and they will make war with her, but the US will be there to protect her like we always have. The US cannot be a part of the forces that are making war against Israel and protect her at the same time.

Let's look at the term "new world order" and see what we find. We have probably all heard of this, but do you know where you can actually find it used in your life? You do not have to look very far... One place that you can find the term, “new world order” is right on the back side of every $1 bill. At the bottom of the pyramid, you will find the Latin words, “Novus Ordo Seclorum”. A quick break down of these words reveals the following:

Novus = New

Ordo = Order

Seclorum = World

This Latin message has been there sense 1935 when Franklin D. Roosevelt had it inscribed there. Franklin D. Roosevelt had dreams of creating a one world governmental system and was the driving force behind the establishment of the United Nations. We must ask ourselves, why would president Roosevelt order these words to be inscribed in a foreign language on our currency. Also, why was he an advocate for a one-world government? The answers lies in our history. Just 17 years prior to Mr. Roosevelt ordering the inscription of "new world order" on our dollar bill, was WWI, the worst war in human history at that time. Many political leaders wanted to be the driving force behind the ultimate solution to world war which was, world government. The idea is simple, yet impractical; if there is only one governmental body with only one military, there would be no one to make war with; problem solved.

The sad part to this story is that before Mr. Roosevelt could make his dreams of a one world government a reality, WWII happened. In 1939, just four years after Mr. Roosevelt stamped our currency with a far-fetched dream of his, war broke out when Poland was invaded by Germany. His dreams of a one world government were shattered by the shrapnel of nuclear war. Six years later in 1945, the United Nations was born; a direct result of the 50-85 million civilians who died during WWII. There was a cry for world peace and the UN was the answer to the call. To many, the UN was the ultimate solution to ensure that a travesty such as WWI or WWII would never happen again.

Today is no different than the times we so casually read about in our history books. political leaders all over the world still advocate for a one world government to be established. Many people still share the same dream as Mr. Roosevelt once did; a one world governmental system is the answer, but they are mistaken. As much as I can assure you that a one world government is not the answer to the worlds problems, I can assure that this will indeed be exactly what happens. I am not a politician, but I believe what the word of God teaches me, and that is, that there will be a one world government. The Bible is clear when you understand the symbolism that it uses or when you read all the scriptures in context.

We know that a beast, as found in Daniel and Revelation, represent a nation and the ruler of that nation. So, when these beasts who, in the book of Daniel, were separate and distinct from one another are found merged together to form one beast in Revelation, we can gather that God is showing us that there will be a formulation of several different nations who will come together to form the new world order (one world government).

Currently, the United Nations is the only system in the world designed to be a one world governmental system. It would not take much more work than that which has been done to recognize the UN as the one and only government for the world. Most of the key players are already a part of the UN.

After WWII, Germany was split in half to forbid them from threatening world peace ever again (the wounded head of the leopard). Communist were on the east of the division. Anticommunist fled into the west of Germany causing the building of the Berlin wall.
